A cycling break on what looks like a bridge turns out to be an aqueduct (filling the pretty Clyde canal). After some rather soulless pedalling through Lanarkshire, this scenery was a real treat!

A temporary paper tower behind the Festival Hall casts an interesting shadow onto a bridge. I like the long shadow cast by the passer-by.

Went on an out-of-the-way foray in Rotherhithe this afternoon. Despite a long walk I didn’t get a great pic. I quite like the weathered look of this sign though.

On a technical level, this isn’t daily photo 33. Though I previsualised and planned it on Sunday morning, I was so busy flooring that I couldn’t take it ‘on the day’. Does it still count?

Had to photograph a new worship space for the Quakers at work for the cover of our magazine. I tried hard with a conventional approach, but this detail of light spilling in was ideal. NB- no cropping!
